i am a filipina and i have an american boyfriend and we are palnning to get married here in the philippines but the problem was he will be only staying here for 2 weeks. And it took ten days for us to get the marriage license and get married and we are running out of time. So is there any fastest way to get married legally?

Where in the philippines??? perhaps pamp, angeles city??? Try visiting the mayors office i do know they can also perform matrimonial ceremonies

well, if you are live-in for 5 years, you ca be married instantly. find a judge in your area and tell your intention to be married.
