Look I have no idea where in the USA you are located. Look go find you a good immigration attorney. Sometimes this is the only way to get things accomplished. I know this will probably cost you around $2000, but it would be worth every penny. Also there is information on the www.uscis.gov site about getting relatives to come and how the process works. Go there, read it and become informed and then find you a good immigration attorney. If you do this you will make progress. I hope and pray this is legitimate, because if it has any fraud associated with it at all, you will never get your loved one here. Just be aware of this.
