He is from holland.i need help is there anyone knows what we gonna do ,what documents we need or steps to do first.Any website that can help us.Your advice is highly appreciated.

Contact Embassy of Holland in your country and inquire about the visa process and documents you will need and your sponsor from Holland..or your fiance can contact Philippine Embassy in Holland and inquire about fiance visa process.. it is impossible for him to apply to get a fiancee visa for you,if you don't know what documents will be needed, so the best is to contact the Embassies.. be ready for interviews... even if he comes and his papers are incomplete, it would take time to complete these documents..so take time to complete the documents before his visit. as this is for your visa..not his.
fiancee ...for you to get this fiancee visa.
fiance..visa for him..not needed going to Philippines.but his documents to sponsor you.

He may not need a visa,check with your gov.
