i need to visit my girl friend in usa (her status is permanent resident, staying with family) for not more than a week.what is the best option by which i can get a visiting visa to usa..im in scotland and having uk student visa..is there any agency or consultancy which can process my visa documents.?please help..:)

Since I am moving there this May? I was born in Greece and have lived in the US all my life. I was born there while my parents, also Greek nationals, were there on vacation. Would I serve three months as does everyone else who comes from outside of Greece to become a permanent resident of Greece?

I am an American citizen, my fiance is from Honduras, and we have a daughter together that we want to have dual citizenship. Just not sure exactly how to go about doing that. I'm not sure if this is an immigration issue, because she was born here. Would it be better to contact the Hunduran consulate or embassy, or an immigration attorney?
