I am looking for people who have travelled from India to USA for "Work permit in USA" I want to know the easy and quick process how I can reach US for Work permit without contacting any private agent or consultancy. How I can apply for Visa and work permit from here in India, whether I have to contact Indian consulate there in USA directly or here US Embassy. I am looking for detailed explanation about the process from people who is having good knowledge about US

You can't apply for a work visa. You have to find an employer willing to hire you and sponsor you. Then, the employer files for you and takes care of everything.

There is no "easy and quick" process for a work permit. You need to find an employer who is willing to hire you (also, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree). You pay a bunch of fees, they pay a bunch of fees, you apply for an H-1B and wait. If you're granted one, you'll have to go for a visa interview at home and hopefully you'll get a visa stamp.
