Hi. I am a american however I love Mexico and the way of life. Along with that I am hoping to marry my mexican boyfriend. But with or without him I still would like to get my mexican citzenship. Is that possible?

You really don't need it, but just Apply...It's a hell of alot easier than the other way around!

No, while Mexicans complain about how America is their land and they should have a right to be here, they are incredibly hypocritical and have THE harshest immigration laws in the western hemisphere. Ask any South American who has tried to enter Mexico how they were treated...ooops they are either in jail or dead, so you can't.

Why not have your boyfriend come up to the U.S.? He would be pushed in front of the immigration line if he were to marry (you) an American citizen.

If you are an American you have an excellent shot of being a Mexican citizen. But be careful if you are a family man. Mexico City is the world's capital of child abductions and other kid-napping.

A friend of mine had to take a test.. i wouldnt know but i wish you luck i love mexico too.
