We are American citizens and are interested in getting married in Paris - what are the requirements? We are planning to be in Paris for 14 days, can we be married during that time frame? If not France, then out of the countries in Europe, which one is the easiest and quickest for American citizens to get married?

I'm no pro, but I've lived here in London all my life and I have to say that it is so much fun here!, I love the States cus it's like England but with a slightly different way of life so I'm guessing it'd be like that for you guys, but seriously, the arrangements would be easy here, because everything's the same layout and same language, also there's romantic places to go like the London Eye, dinner at Tower Bridge, Harrods, Carnaby Street, Picadilly Circus, the list does not end. I took my girlfriend to Central London for Christmas Eve we had a great time, so i definitely reccomend London!
