There are innocent people who get killed (especially killed when abducted) for no reason. The victims (might) have no enemies. Cases like this can go cold. Explain. Tell me what you know. Simple answers will not be rated.

generally, how long after someone dies is their will read? if my grandfather died, and my grandmother is still alive (as well as 3 out of 4 kids and most grandkids and friends) who all is present for this? and if i dont trust their lawyer (hes my uncle by marriage and im not his biggest fan), he legally HAS to do whatever is in the will, right? even though hes the lawyer? my grandparents have a will thats influenced by him and one of their sons (i believe they had a lot to do with who was getting what) and my grandmother told me that she and my grandfather went down and secretly changed it without them. that means, they need to follow the new will now that my grandfather passed away? and if hes gone and my grammy is still here, will she get everything and then passed down later on when she (god forbid) passes on? or will it be divided up because hes gone?

All Hillary supporters I have come across are either women who simply want a woman president, no matter what her views are OR liberals who believe she is the one who will purge the "evil" republicans.

But, she has accepted the most money from special interest groups, or lobbyists. That is what Liberals hate about Republicans, at least last time I checked.

If you still support Clinton EVEN after reading this. Please, tell me why? I have done my research here. Have you?

Aafes is a government operated company on Military Bases. My friend was a regular employee and had just been promoted to a supervisor in fast foods. Her PER's were always above average. The problem is her assistant manager didn't want her to have this job to begin with and wanted someone else to have it.But she was more qualified. She has been yelled at by management because it takes awhile to do the closing reports. She has had very little traing as supervisor BUT there is others that take longer then her to get this paperwork done but nothing is ever said to them. She has witnesses to this also.I will advise her to contact the US Labor Dept. Thanks for all your answers.

My child was born to my fiance and I 4 months ago. He is uncertainly the child's father and signed and Acknowledgement of Paternity without question. I have an ex who I was no where near for months and months before I conceived and is taking me to court for a request for a DNA test. I have sonograms dating my pregnancy which clearly shows that the ex cannot be the father. What rights do I have? Do you think this ex will suceed in getting the test even though I have the AOP and all the scans with dates and all??? Thanks for your advice!!!

someone told me a teacher can't deny signing those feild trip papers, if the trip is educational. i already paid for this trip for one class, but one of my teachers is refusing to sign it to let me go. she said it's because i'm failing.
but still is she allowed to do that? why or why not?
plus everytime i ask that teacher what i can do to pass or if it's still possible to pass she says that she won't answer that question! she's refusing to hep me!! i acn't keep up with the class it's too hard! btw it's not just a field trip it's a national competition for video and it's real prestigious and i am being award for a previous video there too. it's a 5 day competition and award ceremony, yes for video!
and the person who said you couldn't refuse was my video teacher, and i asked the business teacher/ deca advisor and he said that you can't refuse a child on a trip too.

This doesn't sound right. No terrorist has ever been known to have entered Canada or Mexico with a U.S. passport or to enter the U.S. from either country with a U.S passport. How could requiring Americans to have passports to enter these countries supposedly reduce terrorist threats? Isn't it more likely the government intends to expand the war to Iran and Syria and will need an active draft to do it,hence the need to make it impossible for draft evaders to leave the country? As of next year,Americans cannot leave the U.S. without the government's knowledge and permission. In any event, how is terorrism addressed by these restrictions?

I'm sure you have heard about it, it's been all over the news. This guy was remodeling a woman's house and he found some really old $$$--today's equivilent of half a mil. He says finder's keepers but she says it's hers and she will give him 10%.

I don't understand how he has any legal grounds to keep the money if it's on her property. Any legal eagles on here to explain?

I don't.

It's a load of bollocks.
Eighteen *is* the age, not twenty one.
And it's not going to help youngsters stop drinking anyway.

All I can say, is that, if they do put it up to twenty one, they can put porn up to 21 too, and crap like that.

Why is it twenty one in the USA anyway?

A girl on the bus told me that it was being raised to 21 in the UK next year. She's a cleff. It's not going to be raised ...

IT'S NOT.

We recently moved to the province of NB. We are appalled at the lack of doctors here. I took my Mum into the doctor who is 86 and almost pleaded with her to take my wife and I as patients and she apologized but said we would have to put our names on her wating list of 2600 come on! We'll be dead before we get to see her. We are relatively healthy and want to stay that way as we are used to having our annual physicals, we can't even find any doctor to give us one. We put our name on a list here called the "Orphan Clinic", sounds like we're from Namibia or something? They tell us we will get a call when one is available. They called us back 2 months after we left a voice mail and told us they couldn't tell us when a doctor was available. Do we have to get on a plane and go to the states or maybe China or India before we get a family doctor. There is a HUGE problem with the NB healthcare system. My Mum's doctor says that the province is refusing to pay them anymore so no incentives.
