The parents of more than 2,300 students in Prince George's County, Maryland, could face fines of $50 a day and 10 days in jail if their children do not meet the state's immunization requirements.

Prince George's has been struggling to get its 131,000 students immunized for chicken pox and hepatitis B, as is required by the state. More than 2,300 students have not been immunized, and have therefore been barred from attending schools.

School officials have previously made calls, sent letters and conducted home visits in attempts to make arrangements for free appointments for the shots.

The most recent round of letters ordered the parents to show up at Prince George's Circuit Court for a court hearing and free on-the-spot vaccinations of up to 17 required doses.

Is it because he offers a peaceful solution to the war in Iraq??
Is it because he won't abuse the powers of the executive branch??

Bush said he is not troubled about his standing, about perhaps facing a credibility gap with the American people. "No, I'm feeling pretty spirited — pretty good about life," Bush said.

"I have said Iran is dangerous, and the NIE doesn't do anything to change my opinion about the danger Iran poses to the world."


Even some in the rest of the world feels embarassed for you when that guy speaks.

Joe Arpaio "Now he arrests Illegal immigrants. Under a new anti-smuggling state law, Sheriff Joe is the only law enforcement offical, arresting illegal immigrants under the new law. He is building new jails to accommodate them and has 3,000 posse members who are authorized to enforce the law." So how come Joe can do what is mostly insurmountable for the better part of the U.S. politicians? You gotta love SHERIFF JOE. I say give Sheriff Joe the job to clear out the illegal immigrants it will cost us next to nothing and he will get the job done. with the supreme court agreeing to hear DC control case where a man (dick heller) purchase a concealed weapon firearm out of state and was breaking the law when trying to register it since DC prohibits the possesion and registration of firearms. My take is to only allow the owning of rifles and banning concealed weapons and automatics.

Bush said that Iran was trying to develop nuclear weapons.

The 2005 Iran NIE said iran was trying to develop nuclear weapons.

So Bush decided that international pressure was the best way to make Iran stop nuclear weapon development.

Now the 2007 Iran NIE, offers proof, that Bush's policy on Iran has in fact worked.

That Bush's policy of internetional pressure, did in fact make Iran halt nuclear weapons development in 2003.

Nuclear weapon development, that Bush's critics, said Iran was not doing, but how could they stop doing something in 2003, that Bush's critcs, said Iran had never done in the first place?

Now it seems, that since Bush's policy towards Iran, has been shown to have been sucessful,

They now want Bush to change his policy.

That makes no sense at all, his policy has worked.
