They'll probably just call him Former President Bill Clinton. We won't run into the naming issue until we get a female president whose husband isn't an ex-chief executive.

I'm more curious about how Bill would fulfill his "first lady" duties. First ladies have generally had to do more woman-centric things like decorating the White House, hosting events for predominantly female audiences and discussing predominantly female issues. How will Bill do this? Or will they just get Chelsea to be the de-facto first lady?

In states that have a female governor the husband is called First Gentleman, but in this instance, he would be "former President Clinton."

President Clinton.

Just because you are no longer if office, you still retain the title of President.

So it would be President Clinton and President Clinton.

Mr. Bill Clinton.
And think for a moment.
This would be the 1st time in history, where you have TWO Presidents in the White House.

How's that for power house.
About time too cause the sh*t is really piling up high in the White House.
Bush and his cronies left a huge mess ready to be cleaned up.
