On April 19,1995, Timothy McVeigh bombed the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building with agricultural fertilizer planted in a rental truck and was charged and put to death for his crimes. He and his accomplice, Terry Nichols killed 168 people including 19 children. It was the worst terrorist plot on American soil up to that point. One question that is usually never asked is why his "debriefing" after his stint in the military didn't work? Are there others who contemplate such crime or not?
