I am so aggravated right now, my brother was released from prison after nearly 10yrs (drugs..nothing violent) he had a job through a temp agency, but was laid off, because the company had low production. Anyway, he cannot find a job around here because he has a felony. I believe that once they serve their time, they should be given at least a 2nd chance. Have their rights back whatever. Now I know he's my brother, but i felt this way before. what's aggravating is that im afraid if he doesn't find a job fast...he may be tempted to get back in the game again.. and it hurts cuz i can't help him.

"CARACAS, Venezuela - Humbled by his first electoral defeat ever, President Hugo Chavez said Monday he may have been too ambitious in asking voters to let him stand indefinitely for re-election and endorse a huge leap to a socialist state.

"I understand and accept that the proposal I made was quite profound and intense," he said after voters narrowly rejected the sweeping constitutional reforms by 51 percent to 49 percent.

Opposition activists were ecstatic as the results were announced shortly after midnight — with 88 percent of the vote counted, the trend was declared irreversible by elections council chief Tibisay Lucena."

Al Gore has made more than $100 million dollars off of global warming, and a Nobel Peace Prize. Yet a recent studies by NASA and NOAA disputes his claim about the Polar Ice Caps melting. What say you?

Is this correct? The reason I ask is that after my mother passed away my brother (naughty naughty) tried to get my fathers will changed (my father is alive but senile) to make it look as if he was the named executor instead of me. He didn't change the terms of the will which split the equity equally between us so seemingly has nothing to gain from this, or has he??? It was (is) a mystery why he did this. Then the other day on the radio I heard that the executor can charge up to 40% of the estates value as a fee - is this correct? If so now I know why he pulled this stunt and why he's sitting there waiting for my dad to pass away! Hope someone can help clarify this.

Does anyone agree that UK should leave the EU?

We are being run by a bunch of people who know nothing about the ways of the British people.
We are told how to live what to eat and what cannot get sold in shops, and the door is left open for all kinds of people to enter without being checked if they are rapists, paedos, or other criminals. If we had to enter any other country we would need a police check.
Where is the backbone of the government to tell the EU to get lost and we can govern ourselves as we have done for thousands of years.

Both sides just need to get over themselves. All either extreme is doing is spouting spin and trying to out semantic the other with clever quipping. Neither group does anything but sideline and distract and honestly it just sends this country into a tailspin.
Why not look for productive solutions that require just an ounce of Common Sense instead of regurgitating the same tired crap?

apparently, the twin towers were rigged with demolitions to collapse them after they were hit by the airliners - sounds crazy, but the documentary i watched on it had testimony from the designers of the building, and that it was built to take a hit from a 707, and that the fire never neared the temperature to melt steel, and the building collapsed in on itself into its footprint - which only happens with controlled blasts to bring down skyscrapers. also, they had numerous other examples of steel structured skyscrapers that had caught fire - some burned for days - which never collapsed. there are no modern examples of steel structured skyscrapers collapsing from fire. and the weeks before the attacks, there were electrical blackouts (some over the weekend), massive construction on unused floors, and a lot of other coincidental circumstances that tend to lend credibility to this conspiracy.

A few malcontent libs grouse every year about nativity scenes and Christmas trees. If they are "offended" by this why don't they truly walk the walk and work on Christmas day? And, why aren't they petitioning to have Christmas Day defrocked as a holiday? Can't have your cake and eat it too!

Okay, I know that if Ron Paul wins he will probably be able to defeat Hillary. All it would take is one debate

QUESTION: How will you handle the war in Iraq

Hillary: Well, in the workings of middle eastern politics it is up to the unified association of all american people to begin to think about considering withdrawrl while at the same time starting to take action in Iran to prevent a conflict there by sending in troops....

Ron Paul: End the war.

So what strategies will the neocons take to keep paul from winning the primaries election.

I think the Democrats would, but maybe that's because I'm kind of liberal. It seems to me that the Republican party uses negative advertising to try and turn people off to the political process.

I was laid off full-time employment about 2 months ago, and I have been trying to get a job ever since, and since i'm 17, nobody wants to hire me. So now my husband and I are running out of money from his paycheck, and I was wondering if I am still eligible to apply for unemployment? I still have the paperwork saying it was no fault of mine that I was laid off?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks for staying the course Mr. President. History will record, once again, how you and the Military were right and the useful idiots on the left were wrong.
