i made the mistake and slept with one of my good friends and ended up pregnant (im happy about the baby of course!!)

i know i made a mistake so please no judgements, we all make mistakes, and i learned from it...

anyways...the father wants to be in the childs life and im scared that hes gonna try to get custody or something...

i dont want our son to have his last name, and i dont want his name on the birth certificate...so if i dont put his name on there will he have rights or no?

he had a girlfriend hes been on and off with for 7 years (i didnt know about at the time) and he has a 5 yr old, plus ANOTHER baby on the way :-/...hes been to jail before, hes always changing jobs, he doesnt even have his own place...plus hes always putting me down, and stressing me out so i just decided to stop talking to him...

so my question, how do i get full custody of my child? (i live in texas by the way)

This is in reference to Article 1 section 8 of the US Constitution! So all of you war mongers believe that you just start over again at the end of the two years! This would make the limit and cut off meaningless! The Constitution is the law of the land and it states that you can't fund armies longer than two years without an Amendment! Where is the court, and why isn't this being applied? Help me to understand why!

The bill is: S 1959 "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007, If this bill is passed, and becomes law, your words and actions could be considered terrorism. S 1959 EVISCERATES FREE SPEECH, and empowers the govt. to declare ANYTHING they deem an "extremist belief system", instantly make you a terrorist, resulting in stripping of US citizenship, torture, and/or execution, with no habeas corpus rights, no ability to challenge even in the US Supreme Court.
Please call your senators and ask them to vote no on S1959. and please spread the word. This is an emergency. I have already called both my senators, and so I know this is real.

So if America would ever institute a draft how would I avoid going to war? And is there any jobs in the army that don't require fighting?

I don't actually think that America is going to draft but I am saying IF sometime in my lifetime.

I have vented to several about the truth of my past job (because they to also worked within the organization and had many of the same problems) but now someone is spreading lies about how I shouldn't be mad at my ex-boss because he saved my job & that the other secretary had to do my job so much - all of these are lies and they go back to my being honest about on the job things. One thing that seems to get them mad is because I told the truth about her doing personal things often on company time including making quilts and doing her son's school project on the clock. But I was also told in a roundabout way that when I apply for a job that he gives me a terrible reference (even though I have job evaluations from him giving me excellence in everything). Legally, can they do anything to me because I told the truth and in turn, can I legally to anything to them about spreading lies regarding personnel issues that normally would be held strictly between boss & employee?

I was a passenger in a car with another passenger and a driver.
We were stopped by the police after a short car chase because the car was stolen.
They quickly grabbed us and handcuffed us and one officer said make sure they stay separated from each other.
We were placed in separate vehicles and taken to the police station.
We were fingerprinted and photographed.
I was in a cell and had to use the bathroom they took me from the cell and put chains around me and walked me to the bathroom is this legal.
I already went before a judge and the case continued to February.
Will I have to go to jail?

It seems to me like Bush isn't very popular at all with the American people nowadays..Actualy he's very likely the most unpopular president in US history..I live in Texas and I can tell you there are tons of people here who loved Bush and voted for him but I have yet to run across one who still loves him and would still vote for him..Then I get on Yahoo answers and every Bush question on here seems to be flocked to by people that love Bush and think he's great (for whatever inconcievable reason) but I really don't think it's real cause I know lots, tons of people and none of them like, or support him anymore..Since the recent events while he's been in office..Can someone please explain to me why they would support him cause I can't think of anything he's done thats good and he seems to be a huge disaster to our America..

Not very, according to the following, from Yahoo News -

KHARTOUM (Reuters) - A British primary school teacher has been arrested in Sudan, accused of insulting Islam's Prophet by letting her class of 7-year-olds name a teddy bear Mohammed, her school said on Monday

Colleagues of Gillian Gibbons, aged 54 from Liverpool, told Reuters they feared for her safety after receiving reports that young men had already started gathering outside the Khartoum police station where she was being held.

Teachers at Unity High School in central Khartoum said Gibbons made an innocent mistake and simply let her pupils choose their favourite name for the toy as part of a school project.

Police arrested Gibbons on Sunday at her home inside the school premises, said Unity director Robert Boulos, after a number of parents made a complaint to Sudan's Ministry of Education.

Boulos said she had since been charged with "blasphemy", an offence he said was punishable with up to three months in prison
