Mitt Romney...
Where the hell have you been? You just found that out!?
Oh and by the way, you're a bigot, its very evident in the way you speak so if you'd like to succeed in "convincing fellow Americans not to vote for that cult member", you may want clean it up a bit, otherwise you'll just be seen like the proverbial high-school drop out, ignorant, Bible-thumping, "I hate everyone who doesn't think as I do" Fundamentalist Christians from the Bible Belt that very few people take seriously nor respect.
Take Care!

Mormonism isn't a cult, sorry.
-1 in 50 Americans is a Mormon.
-It's the 4th largest denomination in America
-US presidents meet periodically with Mormon leaders as the recognize the prominence of the church.
-There are MANY well respected athletes, musicians, businessmen, politicians, etc who are Mormon
-Ronald Reagan had MANY Mormons that he personally selected to surround him and council with him.
.....does this sound like a Cult (like the Branch Davidians in Waco Texas for example)???????????????

Mitt Romney is the Mormon Republican Candidate. He is a former CEO of Bain Capital LLC, Governor of Massachusetts, and President of the 2002 Winter Olympics. The term Mormon is actually a nickname for his church which is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They are also nicknamed LDS occasionally.

I am surprised that you plan on voting just based on religion.
Among the Republicans, he is probably the most refined and balanced candidate.
You probably do not know but the Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) is also a Mormon.
