the books print is getting smaller. I am struggling trying to read the text. I have visual aids that assist me with my studies, but I am getting more migraines & pain from the eyestrains. There was a time when I could get my textbooks in large print or on tape. But unfortunately, they don’t do that any more. As a result of all of these changes, I am struggling in school & my GPA dropped to a 3.0. My goal of graduating w/ high honors are slipping away. This has become very stressful & I am contemplating dropping out of school b/c of all of the pain that I am in from the headaches & eyestrains. The college that I attend is doing all they can to assist me with my studies. My question is, do I have a legitimate lawsuit against the publishers for not providing me with print than is easier for me to read? There is handicap parking for those who need it. We have buildings that are easily accessible for those who are wheelchair bound. Why aren’t there textbooks that are easily read?

Okay right I am a junior in Highschool, few weeks till the first semester is over, and I turned 16, 2 weeks ago. Want to be a SEAL, I am highly motivated but I know it's going a lot more motivation to become a SEAL then I have now.

I am 172 lbs, 5ft 8" I know I am not physically right now.

I am going to start going to te gym in the summer and work on my swimming, push-ups, sit ups and other essetial physical execises for BUD/s.

Now here is the plan;
I graduate in 2009, go directly to college, major in criminal justice or something that involves hands-on things like weaponry and stuff like that. While in college I train real real real hard for about 4 years and while i am doing those two things I will become a cop, where I live you have to be a regular cop in order to become SWAT, but SWAT will take a lot of the time I will have for College and Training so maybe just a cop, The reason i said SWAT is because I want to to get to know the Weapons, but SWAT is another thing.

Okay, one more thing, my mom doesn't want me to got o the Military, She wants me to be a doctor or someone that just sits in an office and loks at papers and types into the computer, I dont want that,
I dont want to be wearing a tie and suit I want something better like what I said up there

Thanks and give me some suggestions.

Thanks again.

I had a vehicle leased for 36 months. After the first year, I was behind by 3 months and voluntarily surrendered the vehicle so it would not be repossessed. Now, I've gotten a bill saying that I owe not only the back payments and an early termination fee, but also the amount of the rest of the lease. Am I really responsible to pay the rest of the lease on a car I've already surrendered? I thought that was the purpose of the early termination fee. Please help me out.

YES it is, abolustely!!!!!!!!!!

The Bill of Rights (being part of the consitution) are very clear that you cannot infringe on people's rights.

You cannot make someone incriminate themselves. You cannot deny someone a fair trial, you cannot invade a persons privacy.

Habeas Corpus is the ability to defend yourself against incrimination but even that is denied.

People might say that these things can only happen to "enemy combatants", but in the law "enemy combatant" is defined very very vaguely. Including radicals.

A real american doesn't vote for a law just because "patriot" is in the name nor should they obey that law. A real american speaks out against oppression. Thomas Jefferson called dissent the highest form of patriotism.

VOTE RON PAUL
