America is a country, you can't become one and the rest of the question makes no sense Zoe.

Once documented you can't become undocumented. You can assume another identity, but it happens to be illegal for citizens to do this, and will be prosecuted if discovered. La Raza only helps hispanics, and it seems that they prefer to help the ones that are here illegally. If you can successfully assume another identity and appear to be hispanic (and illegal, don't speak English) La Raza might help you. Try to obtain a Matricula Consular card. I hear it's pretty easy and many US banks will accept it as ID. You will have a much better chance of getting a home or business loan this way. Bank of America is a good place to try. And like it was said in another answer, someone should write a "how to" book on this subject. The opportunities and lack of accountability are amazing for hispanic illegals. As long as you stick to sanctuary cities. We have plenty to choose from.
