Should it be legal? It already is.

As no one else under the law goes to jail, it would be unjust to incarcerate someone because they did something that not everyone thinks is immoral. Remember, there is a separation of church and state in the US, and the government has no business legislating morality. This is purely a church matter, and not a legal one.

Of course. There is no reason to instigate a law preventing priests from having sex.

>Yes morally it is wrong

Only if the priest made a binding agreement with someone else not to have sex. However most of the time these agreements are of a nature that doesn't require the intervention of the state to work out, so again, no particular law is required. And besides, the same principles apply equally to everybody, regardless of profession.

There are no laws made by man that says a man cannot have sex with a willing woman.

If his religion says differently thats his problem, church is on sunday, he can go see a priest.

It's perfectly legal for a priest to have sex with another consenting adult. He may get defrocked for it, but he's not going to get arrested.

I dont think it IS illegal unless they are having sex with an underage person, or forcing themselves on someone.
