There is a guy, who is diabetic, in my work place that ask me to give him a copy of a documentary about exorcism. This video is freaking scary. I am thinking if his health gets worse as consequence of watching that, could he file a law suit againts me for emotional and moral damages? Does he need to sign a paper in which he is aware that I am not responsible of what could happen to him?

I heard that it is no longer legal for children to call their parents "mom" and "dad" in California. This sounds so absurd that I'm thinking I must have been misinformed. Can anyone tell me where such an idea might have come from?

The Leipzig Declaration on Global Climate Change is a statement made in 1995, and issued in an updated form 1997, claimed to have been signed by 80 academics and 25 meterologists, and seeking to refute the claim there is a scientific consensus on the global warming issue:
http://sepp.org/policy%20declarations/LDsigs.html

With every passing day, more scientists gather the courage to risk their careers by denouncing the hoax:

4000 Scientists signed 'The Heidelberg Appeal':
http://sepp.org/policy%20declarations/heidelberg_appeal.html

19,000 Scientists declare that global warming is a lie with no scientific basis whatsoever:

To say there's a consensus is not just a mistake or an exaggeration, but a deliberate and preposterous lie — though hardly the only untruth Al Gore and his acolytes have promoted :

I heard that the reason why Americans are being systematically dumbed down is because our gov doesn't want us to make educated political decisions. They WANT to keep us in the dark.
What do you think?

I understand if I've got a bubonic plaque shot with a lifetime warranty that it is credible potection against that disase for the lenght of my lifetime or your lifetime.
But what if the "lifetime" of a merchandise runs out within a short of expectation, and you have accepted the manufacturers warranty on their product on the lifetime of that product?
Should'nt be "lifetime warranties on industrial product being outlawed as attempt of defrauding the consumer, and as such is a pelf booty?

Putin's statement at a Victory Day parade on Red Square on Wednesday was artfully phrased to be both blunt and vague — but political observers have little doubt he was criticizing the United States for "disrespect for human life, claims to global exclusiveness and dictate, just as it was in the time of the Third Reich."

I'm up-to-date on child support, was a good bio. father, just haven't visited in a year due to my ex- & her husband being across the country(but I do call& send gifts).

My ex- has had sole custody for a year now and I want to move on with my life. My ex- & her husband ( he makes 100k per year, I make $40k) agreed to let me terminate my parental rights and let him adopt the kids. We are all for this even the kids. Of course, money does play into this somewhat but I can't tell the judge this (child support is $972 plus$368 medical per mo.) Me, my ex-, and her new husband have always communicated easily and they say that I can stay at their house anytime after this is all over to visit the kids. However, even if this were not the case I would be okay with this. The kids are 11 and 13.

What reasons can I write to the judge to make this go through? I'm willing to lie to get this over with.
