is there such a thing as a just or justified war? what do you guys think?

Defensive war is just.

If WWII had been waged to save the victims of the holocaust, it might have been a righteous war, but , of course, WWII, like all big wars, was fought for economic and political gain.

It's philosophically possible. It's bloody rare in practice.

i think it depends on what side we are looking.

if we are looking at side of a self defending country against an agressor then we can call it a justified war....
