I understand if I've got a bubonic plaque shot with a lifetime warranty that it is credible potection against that disase for the lenght of my lifetime or your lifetime.
But what if the "lifetime" of a merchandise runs out within a short of expectation, and you have accepted the manufacturers warranty on their product on the lifetime of that product?
Should'nt be "lifetime warranties on industrial product being outlawed as attempt of defrauding the consumer, and as such is a pelf booty?

You have confused me. I have seen lifetime, limited lifetime and one year warrantees. There are restrictions (such as damages caused by misuse or handling) in most warranties. If you had named a product, it may have given more answerable possibilities.
