I'm getting tired of her insinuating that women who stay home to take care of their families (baking cookies) are somehow inferior.

Perhaps, she is the one who should have stayed in the kitchen?

Are we Americans gonna make the rest of the world that is supporting Ron Paul and hoping we are smart enough to put him in to lead us and support him by donating 100 bucks to his campaign and make history with 100,000 patriots of the USA we can join what the military already has done and made Ron Paul the number 1 person for military donations. Should we as Americans listen to what the men that are risking their lives for us have to say. They want Ron Paul. Lets make history. Blow the lid off this thing , no other presidential candidate has ever raised what he will on nov 5th.The press will have to bring to light reasons why we the people love him.

HI, a coulpe weeks ago I had an abscess in my throat. I was put on antibitoics and the antibiotics killed the anaerobic bacteria in my digestive system. Im now having digestive problems. Afterwards, I was checked to see if I had C. Defficile which is a harmful organism that can destroy your intestines. It came up negative but Im still having digestive problems. I got a second DWI a month ago and will be sentenced in about a month to which I will be accepting a jail term. I need medical help to take care of my digestive system and I sure as heck dont want to have C. Defficile when Im in jail. So what are the rules when it comes to needing medical treatment and going to jail? Is my lawyer able to postpone the court sentence until I am treated? (we were given an extension after 45 days) Or what if I needed medical help when I was in jail? Thanks for any info ===

Would you want the behavior of bureaucrats to be most heavily determined by a) the manner in which they are recruited and rewarded; b) their personal attributes, such as their socioeconomic background and their political attitudes; c) the nature of the jobs they have, or d)responsiveness to outside forces-political superiors, legislators, interest groups or journalists?

Is there a opinions section in this site where you can ask for an opinion without someone reporting your question? I'm tired of my questions and answers being reported just because my opinion isnt liked. I'm just asking to get an idea of what other poeple think. Im going to laugh when someone reports this question. I guess I am ranting.

US Calls Waterboarding a War Crime — Till Now

After World War 2, the United States tried, and convicted, Japanese prison camp guards for war crimes because of their use of waterboarding on prisoners of war. It tried and convicted its own soldiers in the 19th century for using torture — waterboarding — in the Spanish American war. It has tried and convicted rogue Texas sheriffs for waterboarding prisoners. The United States has consistently defined waterboarding as torture for over 100 years — and defined torture as a war crime. For a country that loves its history and traditions, we seem to be abandoning a good one.

Need some help with a few questions..

1. Is an attempt to disguise identity circumstantial evidence of guilt?

2. Are children under the age of seven never considered competent to testify at trial? ( I believe they are )

3. Is a confession a defendant made while in police custody fall under the Declarations Against Interest Exception to the Hearsay Rule?

4. The Spontaneous Statements Exception to the Hearsay Rule does not apply if the person making the declaration was being questioned at the time the statement was made?
( I think that one is true as well )

Thanks!

I recently got arrested and they used force to put me into a hospital for alcohol consumption, when I could have easily slept in my bed. I know im going to be paying off alot of fines and hospital bills, but I was wondering if I could donate the money to charities or third world countries were they are living off 2$ a day. Why should I have to pay money to people who already are in good condition(U.S.), when around the world there are people suffering. I would even consider volunteering to help out these countries build or create a way were these countries could have less problems than they now have. So anyone have any idea how i could approach this in court?
