It's hilarious how many republicans resort to blatant lies when it comes to the National Deficit. Take Dorothy H's comment for example "we are now suffering the effects of the Clinton administration." This is a common misconception that is COMPLETELY false.
When Clinton took over in 92' the budget deficit was $290 billion. By 00' he had the US running a SURPLUS of $223 billion.
It didn't take Bush long to reverse this trend with the following budget numbers (deficit in billions): 02' $158, 03' $304, 04' $307, 05' $208, 06' 201, 07' 178. But wait it looks like he's got things going in the right direction ever since 2005 right? WRONG!
Check out this excerpt from a CNNMoney.com article by Allan Sloan, Fortune senior editor-at-large explaining why the lowering annual deficit figures are not accurate when compared to the actual amount of money being spent.
"We'll start with Social Security, which will take in about $78 billion more in payroll and income taxes than it shells out. The Treasury takes that cash, gives the trust fund IOUs for it, and spends it. That $78 billion isn't in the stated deficit.
Wait, there's more. The Treasury will fork over $108 billion of interest on the trust fund's $2.2 trillion of Treasurys - but will give the trust fund IOUs, not cash. They won't count in the deficit either. Add that $186 billion to the stated budget deficit, and it more than doubles, to $344 billion."
Bush is not only sabotaging the US econonmy during his time in office, he's making it next to impossible for the next president to dig us out of the hole we're in.

George Bush replaced right into a brilliant liberal spender on social classes and the neocon suited puppy. in no way did he characterize the hobbies of middle values of conservatism. Bush's management is what brought about the national debt to extend, whether it would be irresponsible to assert this without such as the Democrats in workplace who have been in fee of all of the spending. I do think of that throughout the time of spite of the Republicans gaining maximum folk there would be little to no difference and the blame would purely be pointed at them. Regardless, the bipartisan help for the Iraq conflict occurred under the management of Bush and that's under his administration that set the subject concerns for the destiny into action

Did you just noticed that earth is round and not flat holded by four elephants?
Well the animal you just mention (not to offend any animal),the rat you just mentioned and the nest of rats, they DO Hate America, and they should be hanged from the light post like the vigilantes used to do in San Francisco, back in the 1800's, with all of the criminals just like the ones that invaded the White House.

I really hate to shatter your delusion, but Congress doubled the National debt. That includes Democrats and Republicans, although I realize most liberals are to "highly educated" to understand that.

we are now suffering th e effects of the Clinton administration. if you think this is bad, in the 70's when Carter was in office the %rate on my house went up to 17% !!
& Hillary is going to take more taxes out & have "socialized' health care etc & YOU are going to pay for it. The taxpayer. it's been that way since the 50's.!
