There is no such thing as liberal media. All those who says its because of media are morons! These are the same people who said that republicans will win house and senate easily last year, and that time said too that polls are liberal media.
I didn't know foxnews is liberal media, where his approval is just around 33% (the highest). If these hypocrites are in denial that, Bush is unpopular then they will be up for a rude awakening next year, when guliani loses election too.
Notice in this yahoo answers database, there are 100's of rightwingers who celebrated senate and congress win even before the results were in last year.

Ever hear of the Midas Touch? This guy has the opposite. It might help if he had some ethics. First thing he did in Office was screw up the economy by screwing with energy prices in California. The he was asllep at the switch when we were attacked on 9/11. He stsrts a war in Iraq, wins it with an army built up under Clinton, loses the occupation and has now destryoed the finest fighting force the world has seen.
He has spent Billions on homeland security yet cannot seal up the borders. He refuses to enforce the existing immigration laws because his constituents want a complinat (illegal) labor force. Employer prosecutions for hiring Illegals pretty much ceased when he came to office. Immigration workplace raids occur only at places where the employees are threatening to organize collective bargaining units, or employers who do not pay enough 'contributions' to the National Socialists.

Bush is still more popular than Cheney. lol
Why is Bush so unpopular now?
Rich are richer, poor are poorer, the middle-class is getting squeezed;
Big business can do whatever they like, unlike the rest of us;
We're in a long, expensive, bloody war, for reasons that most of us don't understand;
Talking about the horrors of gay marriage isn't distracting people like it use to
He's a lame-duck president, who can't do much except pardon his buddies before he bails office

One reason is that he's outspending every president in history. Doesn't sit well with fiscal conservatives such as myself. Another is the endless war that killed thousands to "rescue" people who don't want us there, and to prevent Saddam from attacking us with WMDs, which wasn't going to happen. Another is his trying to buy favor with illegal immigrants with our tax dollars. I voted for Bush twice but regret it now. I do not trust his judgement. He's in over his head but his advisors & military leaders are afraid to tell him.

Bush never cared about who liked him and who didn't. It didn't even matter at election, since they rigged both. Seems kind of funny how both elections had controversy surrounding them. He just wanted to go down in history, well he will as the worst president we ever had....Congrats Busy!!!

Probably has something to do with him being an idiot. I don't worry about his approval ratings much since he & Darth Vader will be out of office soon.

Because that's what the media wants you to believe. If you took an honest poll that involved everybody and not just the liberals and the democrats you'd find he wasn't doing all that bad. However what should concern you is the even lower rating the Congress has! They will follow us into the next election unlike President Bush. You need to be thinking along these lines!

I think the number one reason is the liberal media. The media is powerful and hates conservative Christians, who they think voted in President Bush. There is a saying, the pen is mightier than the sword, today, its the liberal mainstream media.
