If oil tops $100 barrel, $4 to $5 a gallon will not be out of the question for gas. And home heating oil?...forget about it.

Bill and Jamie Gorelick seemed to do all they could to stop the CIA from informing the FBI that terrorists were IN THE US.

Why did Dems set up the "wall" in favor of protecting terrorists instead of protecting American kids and grandparents?

When I was growing up in a military family, living on military bases, everyone I met went by American. White, black, brown, yellow.. (not green)
I respected and was curious about their backgrounds and cultures, we were all Americans...
Now I am lost.
Why the hyphens? Isnt it enough to be American anymore?. And keep your customs and culture amongst you , your family and friends?
Just curious as to why race is asked on forms from the government.

When I'm at work, I search for videos on video.google.com. Whenever I find a video that's hosted on the Google servers, Google provides an option to download it in an iPod compatible format.

It seems to me that this practice would either be illegal or at least immoral being that I would be downloading somebody else's intellectual property for free. But if it is illegal or at least immoral, then why would Google allow it?

I'm proud to say that I've purchased everything in my iTunes library, I've purchased all the (expensive) software on my computer and I'm very much against piracy, but I don't get this Google download option. Is this illegal, is there a technicality or a loophole I don't know about or is this actually considered fully legal and ethical?

You let mainstream media tell you who the phony front political front runners are? Hillery! She could NOT be worse for the country! You let your state governments run lotteries that are just another form of Taxation. You let big business & government slave you out instead of them truly serving the public! Then you think you have power of control with your vote! Its more than being a little naive!

i find it very difficult finding a rental that is pet friendly. i, like most pet owners, consider their pets as part of the family and would not even consider reliqueshing them. isn't this discrimination. what can i do. rent a place and lie then bring in my dogs (three small). i can't do that. it's not fair to anyone. i can understand it to a point. i've seen the damage irresponsible pet owners have let their animals do.

Given the fact that NY Governor Spitzer has abolished the requirement that a valid social security # be shown before a motor voter registration form be given while getting a drivers license. Although they must sign an affadavit saying they are a US citizen, NY admits that they do not verify the authenticity of that claim. Sounds like another way for Democrats to steal elections to me.

Since we went to war for oil, shouldn't we have a surplus? This says there is a shortage, and the cost of oil hit a record high. This surely does not suggest that we are getting all the oil from Iraq that we went there to get.
