I have migraines and no one will insure me or employee me and this is excluded as a preexisting condition by insurance(my biggest expense). The medicine caused me to loose my house and no insurance will cover me now.

I fear tis will happen to anyone diagnosed with AIDS.

No one has protected me and my family from this discrimination and if HIV testing becomes mandatory for all these people will have no choice but to commit crime to get put in prison to get health care.

Anyway, I was trying to return my black and white zebra print mesh top to the Downtown Nordstroms and a few of these 60's Hippies accosted me as I entered the store. It totally set me back like 5 minutes. I was almost late for getting my nails done. This Iraq war must be really unpopular!

If its Santa Claus (D) would it be the non-stop "oh he is a socialist he wants to give out free stuff"

If its Santa Claus (R) would it be the non-stop "oh he is a racist he gives the rich kids better toys then the poor kids and the rich kids are white and the poor kids are black".

My question might seem bizarre but the attacks on people running for President have lost their meaning.

They gave us a letter saying that we will automatically be enrolled in a 401k, and that our investments will be chosen automatically according to my date of birth. They give you the option to contact someone to "opt-out",.....but shouldn't this be illegal ?...what if I didn't get the memo ?...shouldn't be the other way around...as in "opt-in" ? Basically...why should I have to take the initiative to stop them from deducting 3% of my money automatically ?

legal or not ?....and please provide some reference if you can...thanks !

Frivilius lawsuites, like asbestos claims (for people, who never got in contact with asbestos) have bankrupt 1000's of healthy US companies. Unions made a mocekry out of hard work in the 90's, when floor sweepers got $100,000 salaries with unsustainble pensions. Was it really China, who cost us 34 Million jobs in the last 12 years?

My brother just went to Baghdad for the first time. He is a mechanic with the Air Force. He said he wants some Halloween candy, so I will send that to him. I just don't know what else might be good to send. Should i send lots of letters or packages to him? I just don't know how he is feeling there and I worry about him. He was pretty miserable when he went to basic training and I figure Iraq is probably worse...I'm just worried.

my husband graduates boot camp in 9 days! so im really new to all of this stuff... he enlisted active duty for 5 years. and he is going in as an Aviation Electrician, so most likely he will be on an Aircraft Carrier or at an Air Base. just wondering how many deployments you all think he will be going through? do they have any certain schedule, such as 6 months in, 6 months out? and how long before will they let him know he is going on a deployment?

I am considering joining the national guard. I live in rochester ny. Does anyone know where the nearest place for basic training is located and during that 9 weeks, are people allowed to come visit me there? Also, I take online classes at my school and want to make sure there is internet available there to complete my homework when I have time. And lastly what happens as far as my pay during that training? How much do you get paid and do i recieve checks or get it direct deposited? Can I send some of it to my family if I need to? Thanks.
