Above's entry is equally effective. Once you can manipulate the Media you can attain all sorts of goals. ie: Best pal Rupert Murdoch. If you believe Fox News is a neo-con platform look again. Big business in ratings #'s being controversial. Just like reality TV.

Money but the question is of course which came first, the chicken or the egg. Sometimes the money might simply follow the candidate of choice to protect its interests, don't think that's positive but other times money might determine who's the most popular candidate and that's devastating if you want to have any form of Democratic government
