I'm just curious who in California can purchase guns. What are the offenses that would deny someone from purchasing them? Also, does the purchase of bullets require a check too?

California is one of the tougher states to purchase a gun, although that may vary county by county. Everyone must follow the federal rules as to eligibility. You can't be a felon, must be of legal age, etc.
Many weapons are just not permitted...see the link.

it isn't person-friendly to inform. i'm certain that are a lot of folk sitting round in the present day questioning up stupid gun guidelines. I continuously imagine that's tremendous at the same time as a state outlaws inexpensive guns so as that poor human beings do not have any way of protecting themselves adversarial to the state and criminals ( i wager that's one interior an analogous, huh?) merely imagine some one flipping burgers attempting to manage to pay for a handgun on the CA approved record.
