Perhaps then the right in America wouldn't bash those who do win it because they are not from their party.
There will sure never be a republican EVER nominated for a PEACE prize!

If liberals and conservatives sat down together, and instead of first articulating their differences and everything they disagree about,

sat down and first articulated their common goals, what values and ideas they hold in common, and then, and only then, discussed their differences in opinions on how to reach those common goals staying clearly within the context of the idea that we share more common goals than we may originally think?

George Bush, in his weekly radio address, said:
"Protectionism will cost U.S. jobs"

So sending our jobs overseas actually saves American jobs? Why didn't Clinton think of that? Maybe my friends would still have their tech support jobs instead of having to work menial jobs for minimum wage.

But wait, they lost their jobs after Republicans' policies encouraged corporations to open support centers and factories in countries with cheap labor, like India and the Philippines - and to close the ones in the USA where my friends worked.

Another brilliant Bush idea to help working, middle-class Americans, or another way to help wealthy corporations and investors?

Here's an idea! Let's export all of our jobs, and according to Republicans' logic, we'll have zero unemployment!

With his growing success online, I will not be surprised if it shows during the votes. The young voters just need to info their parents on the candidates.

i know OBVIOUSLY the soldiers were sad, but i want to describe them with more feelings and more precise ones?
also, when did the soldiers leave their families (date) not when the battle actually started.
they say it was delayed cos of the weather, but i thought they battled no matter what.

Does the United States in 2007 really need to continue spending taxpayer dollars on ICBMs?

Where are the fiscal conservatives argueing that this is useless government spending.

If you say its about being tough on defense, # 1 - didn't the Soviet Union fall in 1991, and # 2 - we have 20,000+ ICBMs. Do we really need a 20,001rst?

Any law students out there? I used to work for a fortune 500 company, and after a discussion with the "safety director",at work about the things I found disturbing about the Bush administration,he said that I was a terrorist if I did not go along with everything the president was doing, and that he was going to have me watched. I didn't believe him. He had cameras put in my house (bathroom and all)and a tracker in my car!Several months later I was terminated for making a terrorist statement,I never got to find out what the statement was,or who my accuser was,but I was led off the property by the police.! Just for the record I am a 48 year old white man ,a Democrat, born and raised(work) in Texas, and have not, nor would EVER,do anything the least, terroristic or destructive in any way to my beloved country. It's been a while but it still haunts me. I don't have piece of mind anymore nor do I feel I have privacy at all.I am not crazy.I am just asking for advice, not abuse!

This problem has reached insane levels . Type-in your own address on a watchdog site and see countless pedophiles and sex offenders in your neighborhood , no matter where you live .
Listen to Special Unit police investigators and they'll tell you that they can find one in a matter of seconds in their locale .
Watch MSNBC and see the pedophiles come waltzing in to homes to meet 13-15 yr. olds for sex .

I'll be honest with ya and say that I'm sick even typing theses words . But it must be done . We must find a solution . And solutions usually come after we find the cause .
What is the cause ?
