I am just a very simple person. I do not know much about law. If I make a "contract" that states simply:
"(Person's name) borrowed money on this date, 10-03-08, and has promised to repay entire amount by 11-3-08"

My name, his name and a witnesses name will be signed on the contract.

Can this be a legally binding contract or not? Can only lawyers/attorneys create legally binding contracts?
What can I do to make it as legal as possible?

This story is very interesting. I can't stand illegal immigration, but I believe (and this is just MY opinion) that if one's spouse is serving the country in combat, then he or she should be able to reside in this country.

What do you think?

Why do they have to come up with conspiracy theories?

Examples: They're either all socialists trying to destroy capitalism or capitalists just going after the global warming money.

NOW FOR SOME EVIDENCE. I LOOKED UP ALL THE WELL ESTABLISHED (((SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS))) ENAGED IN CLIMATIC, GEOLOGIC, AND METEOROLOGIC RESEARCH. THIS IS WHAT I FOUND:

=============================================

1) THE AMERICAN GEOPHYSICAL UNION, FOUNDED IN 1919, OVER 45,000 MEMBERS
"Human activities are increasingly altering the Earth's climate. These effects add to natural influences that have been present over Earth's history. Scientific evidence strongly indicates that natural influences cannot explain the rapid increase in global near-surface temperatures observed during the second half of the 20th century."

Inca children "fattened" up for sacrifice: study

"It looks to us as though the children were led up to the summit shrine in the culmination of a year-long rite, drugged and then left to succumb to exposure," said Timothy Taylor, a researcher at the University of Bradford.

Should we install Holy water fonts for other denominations?

What about Catholic confessionals?

I'm not a liberal or a con but I do believe this is a clear example of the double standard that now exists in our country.

Is it possible for common people to sue these idiots wasting our valuable tax dollars to verbally spew BS during House meetings by calling out citizens while on our dime?

How about a class action law suit against them - sign and send in a 3-4 million (name and signatures) petition / law suit demanding these morons stop sounding-off on others when they have a job we elected them to do... To do.

Is it possible?

What do we have to do to enact legislation to put this through?

1. Declaration de domicile (of the accomodation sponsor)
2. EDF (of the address of sponsor)
3. Titre de Sejour (of the sponsor)

Will these three documents help as a proof for accomodation for student visa?. Or is the <> mandatory?. Any advice is highly appreciated.

It was posted without any name calling, etc. apparently someone deleted it because they did not like the factual content which in part listed her quotes when she denigrated various Secret Service agents, her views on how socialistic she wants our society to be, an insight into how she views her "friends" as basically sacrificial lambs, and the numerous (upwards of 75) murders and mysterious deaths linked to her while in Arkansas and in the White House.
Once again proving the liberal mindset, that it is necessary to silence the opposition rather than have a free and open exchange of ideas. It's really sad, but the truth carries on because these facts are starting to circulate again via email and
printed versions of these events.
What's your opinion about people who, when they dislike a fact, they feel the need to obliterate it from existence? Is this just another typical liberal in action here on YA?

It's for CHILDREN. And I am someone's child. The bill would not allow "free" health insurance to any "child" over 26.

I may be an adult of 54 (just like legal adults of 26) but this bill prevents me from stealing your tax dollars to pay MY bills.

It's so unfairrrrrrrrrrr.

Why is Rush criticized by the US Senate for his phony soldiers comment when we have US Senators (Murtha, Kerry, Turbin Durbin, etc.) calling our troops terrorists, comparing our troops to the gulags of the old soviet empire, and being called murders. And to top it off, MoveOn.Org calls a highly decorated veteran a Betray US.

Dems, do you think you are way overboard on this?
