Jackson and his ilk marched on Jena....simply because they felt some criminals who beat a kid unconscious and left him for dead were OVERcharged with the crime.

Note: they aren't even disputing that a crime took place, they admit that much.

But where were they when the Duke players were FALSELY charged with a crime? Did they hold protests and candelight vigils? Yes, as a matter of fact they did.....but not for the victims. They marched in support of the lying w.hore instead.

Utter Hypocrisy!

There are so many things to be rageful about, so many ominous things to be scared of, yet it seems that many people's reaction is to either ignore these things, or sigh and say "well, the end is near" flop down on their couch and watch Flavor of Love or something.

I'm talking about the web of lies regarding 9-11 and the 2002/ 2004 elections, the stupid, expensive and injust war, increased police presence and brutality, congress attempting to crimialize protest under patriot-act-like legislature, increased surveillence, the continued rape of the environment, signs of a new economic depression, corporately owned and edited journalism, killer bees...

I'm especially addressing the youth community, as it seems that any sort of counter culture that forms is immediately swallowed up into the consumer/media spectacle- a very effective tactic on the part of the six white men who control all of media and market. Let's mobilize and take serious action.

According to former U.S.(Conservative) senator Rick Santorum, the traditional ideal American family--husband, wife, and kids in a stable and loving environment--should be the desired norm in the American cultures. He blames liberal legistures and the media for hurtinh the American society by making divorce so east, by tolerating or encouraging cohabitation before marriage, and by endorsing gay and lesbian marriage.
Do you think that it's fair to blame liberals for "ruining" American values? Personally I do not.
What are your thoughts??

On August 1 I sued an ex friend of mine, whom I bought a car from and payed over 4,000 dollars to fix, because the car was salvage. Two years later the car never got fixed, and I went to him to try to get the car towed off his lot he told me that I actually should have paid more, after two yeas he brought this up out of nowhere, so i took him to small claims, and found out that he countersued me for 7500 dollars for storage charges, and harrassment, anyhow the judge ruled in my favor, in which the judgement declared that he must pay me 1200, the judge never ruled on who can keep the car, so I went back to the court and filed a another motion, the same judge ruled and explicitly says that the defendant must deliver the car to the plantiff, which was on 8/15/2007.I tried to reach him he said that i would have to wait until 30 days after the judgement, to enforce the judgement, I called the court and that again affirmed that I would have to have to wait until 30 days pass, to get my car,

If they had to serve their time in 'outer space' we could drain alot of resources that it costs to fund jails in America and have the prisoners do jail work that would be beneficial to Science!!! Sounds dirty, but I am serious it would raise alot of eyebrows.

the woman was found 8 days later stuck in her wrecked car because no one took the husband seriously that she was truely missing, not just eft on her own.

How should we fix this problem so it does not happen to anyone else? If all missing person reports are taken seriously that would take 100% of the time police has.

One way is for people to record with a person/system each time they move from place to place. Any better solution?

It's really sickening how some people think. For example, I witness people supporting those who are negative and wrong just because they share a similar political stance. What do you think about this?

Such as, an American Soldier guarding a road in Germany in 1945, after the fall of Berlin... What if the unit he was with forgot about him, and that he was on watch and left, and he is still that road waiting for his relief or to be secured.

a friend and fellow motorized bicycle rider was arrested for riding a 'moped' even thought the law is pretty clear that he was on a motorized bicycle. charged him with driving under suspension.

http://www.motoredbikes.com/showthread.php?t=6800

he was stopped for speeding, originally. the law is unclear about penalties for speeding on a motored bicycle, so they racked him up with the 'moped' charge.

when a "White" person assults a black person it is a "hate" crime?
BUT
When a "black" person assults a white person it is just assult?

why do they even look at the skin color?
why do they not just look at the crime for what it is?

What I mean by this term is if you are feeling threatened, is there any point where you go too far defending yourself? I'm terrible with examples, but I'll try to come up with some good ones.

Say, a man runs up to someone, hits them on the back, and demands money. The suspect underestimates the victim's strength and skill, and the victim beats the man to death.

Or, say that the victim shoots the suspect when the suspect doesn't have any weapons.

Does the victim go too far when they become the one attacking?
