you have to be a residence, but you will have to go thought the driving learning process again in canada.

ok, really if ur suspended then why not wait. you had to be suspended for some important reason if not why were you suspended. Pay the time if you did the crime.

u can get one in canada just like if u killed someone in usa ur innocent in canada or any other country
