I live in Michigan and work at a restaurant. I've run into two people from Seattle and Oregon, and they both lived up to the stereotypes! One was a huge vegan, and the other wanted me to re-use a foam cup for her drink! How nasty is that?

Christ, what is wrong with people up there? Is that place as bad as I imagine it is to live? I lived in Ann Arbor and I hated it! I guess I just hate liberal cities...the people are so WEIRD.

Tell me all that you can on next years presidential candidates. I want to hear facts about them such as what they support or what they believe [in]. And why will next years elections be so diverse than any other years. And if Hilary won would she be able to make Bill her Vice President?

contracts act 1950 is silent on the question of intention to create legal relations as an essential element forming a valid contract. however, it is a trite law in England that it is a condition to form a valid contract. In view of the above, explain:

1. the importance of its existence in a contract.
2. the arising presumptions from the two situations i.e social, family or other domestic agreements and commercial agreement.

Every payday my boss will not issue my paycheck until the bank has closed it's books for the day so I will have to wait until the next banking day. He leaves without paying then calls later in the day to tell me he "forgot" and that I can get it off of his desk.

If paramedics arrive at the scene of an accident, and the victim is clearly dead, do the paramedics have the jurisdiction to declare the victim as being dead? I thought I heard somewhere that they are not allowed to, that they have to continue working on a patient no matter how futile it may seem until they get to a hospital and the doctor can declare death.

This is for a short story I'm writing for school. Just want to get the details clear.

Also, I know there are different "levels" of paramedics in the US - so for the purpose of the question I just mean the highest one.

Thanks!

AHMADEINEJAD: What religion, please tell me, tells you as a follower of that religion to occupy another country and kill its people? Please tell me. Does Christianity tell its followers to do that? Judaism, for that matter? Islam, for that matter? What prophet tells you to send 160,000 troops to another country, kill men, women, and children? You just can't wear your religion on your sleeve or just go to church. You should be truthfully religious. Religion tells us all that you should respect the property, the life of different people. Respect human rights. Love your fellow man.

I was driving late one night from a gas station after a craving for ice cream when all the sudden police lights where flashing behind me. I then realized that my under glow neons where on after noticing the red light on the control panel was glowing. I thought to myself "Oh S***!", because from what I hear it's a big no no for under glow in Virginia. So I of course pulled over and I saw the officer stepping out of the car walking towards me with his flashlight and the first thing he asked was, "where'd you get those lights?". I answered and he said, "Oh just wondering, my son was thinking of getting some and I had no clue where to get them, sorry if I interrupted." He then walked back to his car. I thought it was a joke so I didn't risk driving off before he did because I didn't know if I was getting a ticket and he just walked back to his car to write it off, but no, he drove off and I was left confused.

As most Merry-neocons (Americans) constantly rant on how the Iranian President is akin to Hitler!? - I would like to pose the question to those same scumbags (select few scumbags who are arrogant and set in their evil ways and mentality) if the iranian president is related to Bush?

our gov't is releasing a dangerous offender. He commited whatever (we'll never know) as a "young offender" now at the age of 22 he is out. Served 2 years OOOOOH, tells the gov't where he wants to live, and goes there.

Police know he will re-offend BUT 'he served his time', yeah.

Our justice is a joke. He out, and we don't know why we should be scared but we should (according to police).

We are not allowed to say what he did, or we go to jail. What kind of law is that?

Those of you in Canada, I am sure, know of whom I am referring.

I have a Class 1 Misdemeanor that will be Dismissed next April. I was never arrested, but showed up on an arrest report for charges differnt than mine, "obscene calls" -- basically, I left my Ex have it, and she filed charges. They will be dropped next year. Will this impede me from getting a DHS clearance? Or ever a Top Secret w/ Poly?

so here`s the deal:
i know what i am putting myself into...and please no advises on how hard that might be and all that...i just made my mind and i know my life is gonna SUCK for 5 years if i am successful enough to get enrolled...i might be risking my life and such...

and please no trivia stuff about FFL- i`ve talked and read all the sources i could find....(it`s for the people who never get to the point)

the question- one of the basic phisical requrements are to be able to run 5 miles in less than an hour with 45 pounds on your shoulders...so i can do it...BUT I AM A VEGAN(in my case that`s the only way i can put up with my stupid health troubles(flatulance, fatugue due to gluten, dairy, yeast and other intolerances...)) so it means i take supplements...so i could feel myself pretty good...IS IT ENOUGH REASON FOR THEM TO CAST ME OFF AT THE MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS? i know if i am "in"- there`s no me no more: from then on they possess my soul and decide what`s good for me or not..

If this is allowed the next question is raised how young is too young to learn about sex and reproduction.
You can argue that this book isn't about sex ed. in general but questions are going to be asked when your 3rd grader comes home from school and asks how does a man and a man make a baby mommy? What will you say?

Im graduating next quarter and I want to join the military to get some real world job experience in my majors field. I've heard that as a graduate I am able to join as an officer and not as an enlisted individual. What does this mean as far as bootcamp is concerned? Does it apply for officers as well? What is the difference in training between officership and general enlistment? What activities will be different, which ones will be the same?

Thanks guys
