I live in Michigan and work at a restaurant. I've run into two people from Seattle and Oregon, and they both lived up to the stereotypes! One was a huge vegan, and the other wanted me to re-use a foam cup for her drink! How nasty is that?

Christ, what is wrong with people up there? Is that place as bad as I imagine it is to live? I lived in Ann Arbor and I hated it! I guess I just hate liberal cities...the people are so WEIRD.

I hate to say this commonsense, but that actually describes 90% of the people in Michigan!

I'm not one of them though, I'm not from here originally.

Want some real entertainment? Drive through northern California, Oregon, and Washington and listen to the whacky crap coming across the AM dial.

People in the Northwest, especially Seattle and the surrounding areas are weirdos. I can't stand all the weird people out here. Ive lived here for 15 years (Seattle area), and will cheer the day I finally leave this commieland.

Those people were probably from either from Seattle or Portland Oregon. But I heard people who live in the remoter parts of those 2 states are more conservative. Or maybe that chic with the foam cup just ought to use a regular cup next time!

We in Oregon are friendlier than most states and we love rain!!! Because we care about our environment and our beautiful lakes and rivers and our ocean Beaches that does not make us eco-freaks. If anything,it makes you look like an uncaring ***!! Are you the one who litters everywhere!! If soGTFO and don't come back!! Our state is amazing and we all want to keep it that way!!As for the Vegan thing, ask around in the poor state that is unlucky to have you in it. I bet it has as many if not more vegans in your sad state!! You need to remove your tiny little head and your tinier little brain out of your ugly *** and learn to appreciate all that is around you!!!😉😬😠😡😈💩💩💩

You are completely correct. The vast majority of people up there are vegan eco weirdos. I am unfortunate to live across the bay from SF and absolutely refuse to go there because of the idiocy and hatefullness of the people in that city.

Funny you should ask..... Sitting here this morning looking at some of the questions and feeling too lofty to answer them , thank you very much, Then coming back an hour later (2cups of coffee), and sitting here pounding the keyboard as usual, admiring all of these witty people. Yes I have found my home and perhaps my true calling. Oh sh!t, did I just say that?

Wow! You met TWO PEOPLE from Seattle and Oregon so that means with environmental concerns. Yep, I guess means that ALL the people from Seattle and Oregon are like that. You know, I met a guy from Michigan once. He was unedcuated, didn't read books, magazines or newspapers, and thinks Detroit makes the best cars in the world that don't pollute the environment. I guess that means since he is really stupid, really dumb, ignorant, ugly, mean, nasty - all the other Michican people are. So do you have any stupid *** comments about Californians and our efforts to green the country since those of you in Michican are totally clueless?
