An illegal immigrant who has no papers but comes up here and works his **** off to support his family, or a legal American citizen who uses his citizenship as an excuse to suck on the government teat and not do anything all day?

After receiving yet another phone call from someone who refuses to show their identity in the Caller ID screen, I'm left to wonder, should it even be legal to call someone yet hide your identity? These companies constantly use unfamiliar abbreviations, code words, junk like a number with all "1's", etc.., in an attempt to hide who they really are. Shouldn't they be required by law not only to show their actual name and number in the display, but also tell you who they are? I've even had MCI lie to me in the past and claim not to be MCI. Thoughts?

M. Vick recently had additional restricitons placed on him by the courts. Is it normal for the legal system to drug test you while awaiting sentencing. Not to mention the sample that was tested was an older sample, I'm not defending Vick mind you but, sounds to me like he'd being penalized additionally due to his celebrity.

My father left his property to his 6 kids, with a life estate reserved for his companion. She has lived there for the past 6 years and she has paid the insurance and taxes. I have recently discovered that the property taxes have not been paid and the property has not been maintained. example: The septic system is bad and she has rigged the plumbing so that the gray water from the kitchen goes out into the gravel street rather than fixing the septic system. The property is in a rural area of Montana. Are the owners (6 kids) responsible for maintenance, taxes, and insureance, or the person living there under the life estate? None of the owners reside in MT nor do any of us have a relationship with the person residing in the property.

Hello! People are forgetting history. Not all people that came through Ellis Island had papers either, how convenient that we forget, remember the wops, poles, limeys etc. . "Without Official Papers" WOP get it? We are all immigrants except for the American Indians.

My husband of 5 years recently left me, claiming mental issues, but in reality he was seeing another woman. I caught him by cell phone record, he bitched up and just left, still to this day not admitting to his ways, despite the $300 phone bill and me having a conversation with the other woman. I love my husband very much and am distraught that he will not even talk to me. He left me me almost 5 months pregnant (1st child), with all the bills and said he would help me, of course that hasn't happened. He makes $33/hour and she is a nurse, he is living in her house, driving her new car, while I am left pregnant, working for $11/hr paying my medical insurance. I am considered a high risk pregnancy, I had a brain tumor removed, and also have suffered a stroke. I went to domestics for spousal support to help me through until I received child support, do I need a lawyer for my first meeting or can I do it alone, I have all the proof and really can't afford a lawyer. Thanks

I don't remember anything happening, but others say that it did. Plus I tested positive for a minor sexually transmitted infection shortly afterwards, which only could have came from him. My boyfriend also got it, because for 2 weeks I didn't know I was carrying it. I have all the evidence I need and am sure he'll come up positive for the STI. What should I do? I don't want him to get away with this, or pass this infection on to any other innocent girls. I'm also underage though so that factor will more than likely incorporate itself into the case, I wouldn't want the "suppliers" to get into any trouble. Would this be a problem, too?

Only a quarter could identify Saddam Hussein despite him being on the news every day at that time.
