I know this is kinda boring, i hope i won't offend any american, i just want to know...

is it true that american gov't stole crude oil from iraq or kuwait (correct me if i'm wrong) during gulf war?

Nope we had all we needed from Saudi Arabia. But most people do not realize is that we had to ship it back to the US to be turned into the products we need to drive the military. Most gulf states have limited refining capacity.

It would not be possible. Oil has to be pumped out of the ground, pumped to holding tanks, pumped into ships. Everything is recorded.

it was alleged that kuwait was slant-drilling and taking oil from iraq. am not sure of any facts though.

No, they did not, or the price of oil world wide would be less.
