You sign the money order on the front as the payee. The person receiving the money order endorses it to cash it.

The person that the money order is made out TO is the one that endorses it on the back.

DON'T SIGN THE BACK! Only the person receiving and depositing or cashing the money order will sign the back.

There should be lines on the money order for you to put your name and address and who you're paying and they take care of the rest.
