Two things I am trying to cut out.

Anybody else find these two things are raising your bvlood pressure and contributing to your rapid early aging?

Definitely, but I won't be giving up either anytime soon. Throw religion in the mix too, and I will be dead of a heart attack at 40

I gave up sodas and coffee years ago. Now it's tea. But give up politics? I don't know. That's pretty big.
