I ordered 100 Motorola Bluetooth headsets form China. Well during delivery through FedEx the clearance delay is do to they believe they are counterfeit. I assume I have lost the products and I do not want them if they are knock offs. I am just worried what else happens. Will it end there or do they come to arrest you? This is the first time this has happened and I am worried. Any information would be great.

I was keeping my .22 repeating rifle at my dad's house... Well, he found it, and got pissed off (he is against these kind of things) and he took it and said that he won't give it back and gave me an anti-gun lecture...

What are the legal issues here... I'm a 20 year old college kid, so, I kind of live there when I'm not at college (I'm the one paying for college by the way, my dad is broke)... can he take it away? I have the right to bear arms, and I have kept the gun responsibly for an entire year...

I'm going to listen to him and sell it, but he says that he does not trust me... actually, he thinks I bought the gun to shoot him - WHICH IS SO DAMN FAR FROM THE TRUTH...

the gun is registered in my name...

the scum at all times?
A simple microchip inserted into the invidual at birth, like they do with dogs, would be much cheaper than a DNA database and I believe would cut crime by over 86%
We now have the technology to track these microchips at all times and I urge the government to introduce this.
Its cheap and effective.

There are no court orders and no visitation guidelines written out on paper. The Mother has allowed the father to keep the child on saturdays, however this saturday the father will not give the child back to the mother and says that the mother will have to get a court order to get the child back. Is there a LA law stating that the mother has primary custody of the child until demmed otherwise by a court or some higher authority, and if so, what options does the mother have in getting her son back?

A couple of days ago I met a couple of foreign students here in sunny South Africa. Amongst them were some Americans. We started chatting and asked each other a few questions. We asked each other about music, movies etc. such as who knows Roxette? Who knows anything about cricket, rugby and soccer? We started talking about nutrition and the protein content of eggs. The one American guy studying chemical engineering had such a big mouth and told us that the yellow of eggs contain the most protein! None of the Americans knew who Roxette is and they knew almost nothing about any of the above mentioned sports!

Myself and the other foreigners then resalised that Americans know very little of anything non-American and enough about America to survive in it. By the way, the rest of us had a fairly decent knowledge of each others countries including America.

So, why does bush and many Americans criticise others and jump to conclusions about everyone when their perspectives are almost 0?

Why does Lee Bollinger hurle insults at Ahmadinejad while turning a blind eye to the terrible human rights record of his elected tryrants. After all the president of Iran had nothing to do with Gitmo nazi concentration camps, the abu ghraib scandals and massacres of civilians in Iraq. Freemasonic Bollingers practically control all US universities so that to dictate to what students should learn. Why can we dispute the number of people being killed in Iraq but not those died in the Holocaust?. And why should Americans care about what the president of Iran says about Israel?. Iran after all did not wipe out a nation but Israel almost wiped out Lebanon in a war of aggression killing thousands of civilians. Freemasonic Bollingers work in concert with the freemasonic order, the order of death and destruction.

It goes back to the Florida 2000 aftermath. They tried to steal an election, and they failed to steal an election, and they're now running around saying Bush stole the election. Now, when elected Democrats and all these people run around saying Bush stole the election, there are nimrod constituents out there who are filled with the same deep, personal hatred, which is irrational. They don't even know them, and they hate him personally. So they get on that gravy train, too. So the elected Democrats start talking about how the election was stolen from them, an election they were trying to steal themselves down here -- and they tried every which way. They even had the Florida Supreme Court on their side for a while. So that builds. George Bush is the denier. George Bush has denied them what's theirs, and George Bush has done things they hate.

He has cut taxes! He is using the US military! He is outflanking Democrats at every turn, and he's a nice guy, and he doesn't respond to any of their baiting. This is not how conservatives are supposed to be! He doesn't play the role that they have assigned him, so the hatred is personal Now, because they have created... There was a certain foundation for him anyway, amongst general liberal population out there, but it has been stoked. It has been fueled. The liberals and the Democrats have thrown gasoline on that fire so that it is now roaring out of control. The sole focus of elected Democrats and their supporters, their constituents and liberals is getting rid of Bush, and the elected Democrats know that their constituents have now been ginned up to hate Bush, and so, to them -- the elected Democrats -- running against Bush is the best way to keep their base fired up. Politically, it's asinine because Bush isn't on the ballot, as you correctly observed and pointed out. Yet they are continuing to run against him. Now, give them time. They'll start their little assaults on Rudy. The Drive-Bys are trying to tear Rudy down and Fred Thompson and Mitt Romney.

The elected Democrats, their candidates, will get on to it. But right now this is primary season. It's fundraising season, and you have to stoke and deep throw gasoline on the fire that is their lunatic, insane, deranged, delusional base. That base is motivated by hate. They are miserable people, and they are unhappy, and they believe every conspiracy theory that comes down the pike. They are the genuine tinfoil hat crowd. You used to make fun of conservatives and the black helicopter crowd. I'm telling you, the American left today and the Democrat Party and its base is made up of kooks. You take every conspiracy theory you've ever heard and throw 'em all in a giant hopper, and every one of them is in the Democrat Party today. It motivates them and inspires them. These elected Democrats know they gotta get money from these people, and so they keep throwing that on the fire, and the way they throw gasoline on the fire? George Bush is the gasoline. Politically it's kind of interesting to watch because it's so silly. But when you understand it, as I do, because I know these people like I know every square inch of my glorious naked body. I know exactly what they're thinking before they think it. I know what they're going to do before they do it. I know how they're going to react when something's said they don't like. I know these people, and I know exactly why they're running against Bush for the reasons I gave you. Personal hatred! They just despise them. Look at how they talk! "Dumb, hayseed hick! He's got a tin of chewing tobacco in the back pocket," and yet he outsmarts them. On the things he cares about, he outsmarts them every time. They're arrogant, condescending, small, little people.

According to the US Census bureau, we have an estimated 299 million people in the USA. 44 Million do not have healthcare. So these individuals make up less than 14% of our nation. Approximately 85% of people are covered by employeer sponsored healthcare.

Why should the majority of people who have adequate or good insurance be forced to go onto a government program such as what Hillary Clinton is proposing? The government cannot run Medicare or Medicad efficiently, what makes you think Universal Healthcare will be run any better?

I constantly see questions and answers on here about how things like the patriot act is unconstitutional and how our forefathers would be ashamed... For what are suppose to be progressive parties, they sure do like to live in the past. What freedoms have you lost? What aren't YOU allowed to do now that you could do before? Or do you just like to act like your more important then you really are so you can say the government is after you?

Our country may have been founded a mere 200+ years ago but so much has changed. Now we have bombs that can take out whole cities and destroy whole states' living conditions... People that will fly airplanes as big as a football field into public buildings killing thousands. Our Forefathers have been outdated by technology where just a small group of 100 or so can take out millions of people and a 1/3 of our country with the help of a nuke or two.

I was just reading an article on Wikipedia titled "Demographics of Atheism" and came across this fact:

"Interestingly, several state constitutions make the protection of persons from religious discrimination conditional on their acknowledgment of the existence of a deity. These state constitutional clauses have not been tested. Additionally, some state constitutions (namely, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and North Carolina ) forbid atheists from holding public office..."
