Undoubtably. There's an expanse of free land in Russia where they can rebuild, so a nuke on moscow wouldn't necessarily rule the Russians out. America on the other hand has a "populative" brain of power, one nuke wipes the lot.

Due to the American's bullying tactics they will have lack of effective back-up thus creating a single-handed crusade. The smaller countries will be so lacking in democracy and diplomacy they will strike without thinking of the consequences. They are the ones who are likely to cause the start of a war. If however, countries like China and Russia were putting as much pressure on so called terrorist colonies then surely they would have no option but to reform their cultures and look after their fellow country men instead of murdering them or face having to segregate themselves from the rest of the world and continue to live in an uncivilised way.

There's no doubt there WILL be a world War 3 unless all the superpowers can agree on the issues involving global peace, poverty etc etc. Sure we can spend millions sending a rocket to Mars . . but how does that help the little black kid in the ghetto? Time for a reality check methinks, share the wealth help provide food, water, sanitation, homes thus creating jobs and developing the millions of individuals who will never otherwise get a fair chance in life. Think of all these people.. there could be another Einstein there, just wasting away...think of it, doesn't that make you feel small? useless? greedy? selfish? Yet the world leaders dismiss such meek people like scorched grass in the wind.... This is OUR world, our resources, our land and green fields, our brothers and sisters.... yet Power and avarice deny them their right to have decent lives. Have you seen on the telly the scenery the mountains and fields in Afghanistan, yet it's a part of the world that we will only ever see in pictures, what a waste. It makes me angry and it makes me sick. War, weapons, money, land ...does that make someone great? or would the whole world embrace ANY man who would cast all that aside in favour of distributing the wealth, nursing the sick employing and feeding the poor and affording them the right to feel proud and worthy of an existence?

Let the world sing to the same tune, the medly that plays in the hearts of the meek.

The current situation reminds somewhat of WW1 whereby two superblocks are developing to act as the others deterrent.; china and russia on one side with the west on the other. however this didn't really work in ww1 did it, it just made the ensuing war worse because of the arms race. in blackadder's immortal worlds: "theres one problem with this plan - its bollocks". if such a war went nuclear, which is a distinct possibility with people like putin at the helm, then there would be very few people left to analyse it so would it be considered ww3 if you see what i mean (i'm sure theres some cleverer people on here who could understand and phrase that better...)

it is the goal of the NWO to start one between the West and Islam- that doesn't mean it is inevitable though. The NWO is being exposed daily particularly online and increasing numbers of people don't trust the mainstream media at all any more and alos have come to realize that both 'government and 'oppositions' are actually two wings of the same NWO party . This is a big problem for them since media was one of their main methods of collective brainwashing and their capacity to control political opposition was another means of mass control.

The NWO has left itself exposed by overplaying its hand with the false flag attack on 9/11 and now has major problems hiding its agenda. the fewer people it can manipulate the less likely it is to have its way and fulfill its satanic goals.

just because we've had a one and two doesn't mean we will have a three, i doubt there will ever be a third or though who knows, loads of little scraps perhaps but that's good, keeps our boys on there toes, the cold war was never a world war nor was the Napoleonic

As several people have pointed out we may be in a world war now. However, I remember people who stated that Vietnam was the first battle of the conflict with China. So it will take a few years distance to tell just what we have involved ourselves in.

Since it would involve someone surviving to name it World War 3, I doubt that our descendants will ever read about World War 3.

It may have already started! (Actually, some people refer to the present conflict with Islamist extremists as WW IV, WWII being the Cold war.

But most people use the phrase WWII to refer to a nuclear confrontation, a worldwide one.

I fear that nuclear weapons will be used by SOMEONE, against an enemy target, sometime in the next few years. I hope I am wrong.

Ii think the chances of a full-scale nuclear exchange have lessened since the end of the Cold War. But paradoxically we may have had less to fear from a Soviet Union with thousands of missiles than from a madman with one.

I fear that a nuclear Iran would attack Israel, touching off a chain of events whose ultimate denouement is unknowable, but horrifically frightening.

Many historical scholars argue that the cold war was WW3. Many say we are currently engaged in WW4 with the “radical” Islamists. Additionally there has been a culture war going on here in America as the “progressive” Left changes everything America once was.
