I ordered 100 Motorola Bluetooth headsets form China. Well during delivery through FedEx the clearance delay is do to they believe they are counterfeit. I assume I have lost the products and I do not want them if they are knock offs. I am just worried what else happens. Will it end there or do they come to arrest you? This is the first time this has happened and I am worried. Any information would be great.

It depends. If they find out you knew they were counterfeit then they might come after you or just turn your name over to the company that hold the rights. They can then sue you for 100 counts of copyright (or whatever this specifically is) infringement. That would be VERY expensive for you. Say $1,000's per blue tooth times 100 of them...

If they were made here there wouldn't be a problem.Buy made in America for good quality.China is counterfeiting everything. They abuse our patent laws and sell the junk to greedy people looking to make a big profit.

It depends. They might do an investigation. If they think you are importing counterfeit products then that is illegal and they can arrest you. I guess only you can answer this question.
