That is why America has freedom of speech. Even if we do not like who is speaking. Bush had nothing to do with this.
If Bush had ordered this freedom to not be able to happen, then you would be claiming and complaining that he is taking freedoms.
It is true, if he had, it would be pulling strings on American rights. Bolton wants to have funds cut off to Columbia. Cutting off funds to Columbia is in a way, doing the same. Being punished for your freedom is not freedom. One must really try to determine the outcomes and motives before blasting the President.

Bush didn't invite him - some of the American people did. A LOT of Americans were ashamed. But it happened anyway.
Be greatful to live in a country were some of the people can do what they want, even if they are a minority, without having to get approval from the government or the majority.
It had nothing to do with Bush.
Don't be so intent on politicizing everything and spinning it for your own political gain with your own views. It makes you look desperate.

My friend, I agree with him on what he said. America is great because of the constitution that protects freedom of speech.
Whether he is a liberal or a terrorist loving traitor is another matter.

He thinks that giving Ahmadinejad a platform will do two things.
He will be shown for who he is and that Free Speech works here.
Not like it works in Iran.
How about that Iran not having any homosexuals. Do you believe him?
As far as your claim your off base as far as I am concern.
This is my position.
The same univerisity that won't let the minuteman speak or allow the military on their campus is willing to accpet with open arms a dictator is not really open minded in my book.

No, he means President of the United States doesn't stop speech he disagrees with. The country is structured so that he can't. That would be a virtue and he agrees, even though he doesn't like what the little weasel has to say.

everything the iranian president said is true. america is always promoting propaganda in its own nation, while under it they are manipulating everything.
he pointed one thing that " the U.S supported Saddam". well, what happened? the view today is that saddam is evil and a terrorist and should be terminated. today people are using the world terrorist to mostly refer to the Arab nation.
terrorism means to bring terror to other. the U.S always brings terror to other nations for its own benefit. the same thing Reagen did, Clinton in Africa by saying that "Mobutu is a dictator, and need to resign from his role as president", causing many congolese to die because of the war.
clinton is the one who supplied the Rwandese to take over Zaire (now DRC), and in the eyes of americans he is portrayed as a peace promoter.
i will consul all of us americans to open our eyes. we claim to have freedom and democracy, but are we living it? what you mean by democracy? is our government trustful?

no,it means that even though the vast majority of Americans would rather shoot Ahem... than look at him;we won't because it's the American way to allow even those who are against us,a chance to state their point. It is also our way to allow them safe passage to and from our great nation.
To see the opposite,go to Iran and with your bible in hand, pick a street corner and start "witnessing" to those peace loving Iranians. We'll send an envoy to retrieve your body and head later on.

Bush was surprised to discover that there was still an Ahmadinejad alive after Saddam had killed all of the Mandelas and the Ahmadinejads.
