First: Why don't police have to have probable cause to pull you over, and disrupt your evening and make you take a breathalizer for just driving where they have one of the road blocks set up to check people.
Second: I am thinking of the M Vick case in particular here. If the police have a warrant for Drugs and don't find drugs but find dog fighting paraphenalia instead. How can they be allowed to go back and get a warrent for the dog stuff.
Third: If you tel the police you don't want them to search your car, how is that enough for them to get a warrent to search your car. and hold you their untill the warrent is secured. This allows police to make people miss flights, appointments, and other important events.

If you look to the original definition of liberal, meaning someone who wants liberty from the government insomuch as possible, and conservative, meaning someone who believes the government should be small and limited, they both should want the same thing. Yet neither party is doing anything to reduce the size of the government, in fact they are both trying to expand it.

Conservatives amped up Homeland Security and DOD, and now the liberals want to nationalize health care!

Don't people realize that the more power we give the government the less liberty we have?

Fox and CNN are carrying Freedom Watch's ads featuring Iraqi veterans arguing for sustained military presence in Iraq, but MSNBC and CNBC have refused.

They claimed that they don't allow ads that talk about contraversial issues, however, they've had anti-war ads from moveon.org, and ads about national healthcare and darfur on their stations.

Do you think MSNBC and CNN are right to editorialize & discriminate by refusing to sell their airtime to certain groups?

This is very straight forward question. I just want to know why you personally think that the undocumented people originally came here. Not what they do when they are here, but, I am wondering why you think they made that decision to leave their family, friends, culture, and, language and venture into the great unknown.....

I'm looking for pepper spray that a girl can carry in her purse and nobody would really know that it's pepper spray, when they see it. It doesn't necessarily have to look like make-up, it could be anything really, just not a pepper spray canister. Also I wanted it to be small, where you could even put it in your pocket if you wanted.

My boyfriend was arrested in 06 for a ccw felon with firearm and hoa staus2. He is now in jail for violation of probation in one county he has another violation of probation in another county and he hasnt even been sentence for the gun charges in a diff. county. He has 2 B&E one Malisous destrution of property i thikn an mip and i think assault. He is 20 years of age. and for the past 2 years has racked up this criminal record. can any one gimme a clue at to what jail time he is looking at>
