How much damage can someone do, knowing the following info: name,address,drivers license, and last four of ssn? could they pull off identy theft knowing only the last four of an ssn?

Without the drivers license, there's not much they can do with it - but they could use THAT to get your ENTIRE SSN!!

Put a freeze on all of your credit, get a police report, report it to Federal Trade Comminssion, FBI, IRS, Secret Service, Social Security, and the Postal Inspectors love to add time ad infinitum! Make sure you let those agencies Know where you have lived workedor gone to school for at least the last ten years. Include an enlarged color photo of yourself, An enlarged copy of your driver's license (make sure you take your social off of your driver's license as some DMV's sell your information to third parties) a copy of your fingerprints if at all possible.

Senator John Ensign of Nevada found 218 people using one woman's identifying information working in Texas for the same company she was applying for employment with! The legislation that would haveput a stop to it was canned. That's just the tip of the iceberg.
