i need someone help me to make outline for declaration of independence the most major points the outline format

An outline is basically a summary, with structure.

Start by reading the document -- it's already organized into chunks, so half your work is done.

Read the first major part -- then come up with a few-word or one-sentence summary of what that part is about. Repeat for each other major part.

Now, within each part, break it down by paragraph or group of paragraphs. Read the paragraphs and then again come up with a few-word or one-sentence summary of what that section is about, within the overall context of the larger part.

Repeat for as many levels down as you need.
