He didn't plead guilty to "gay charges," it was disorderly conduct. And right now I'm watching him on TV saying that he had a lapse of judgment in pleading guilty. "I am not gay, I have never been gay."

I do find it interesting that the recent politicians who have been involved in sex scandals are all Republican.

Actually, those weren't the charges he plead guilty to.

Being gay is not (despite what many think) a crime.

He plead guilty to what is effectively misdemeanor disorderly conduct within a sexual context -- which makes him, by the definition of many states, a sex offender.

Oh, there are people in the closet from both parties as there are people still in the closet from all walks of life. Too bad they are two-faced. Just be what you are and stop pretending!
