Why is it such a big deal for Mexican immigrants to come here legally? I mean, if you want to come here to live and work, more power to you, but why do it illegally? Why not just do it the proper way like immigrants of yester-year did?

Ok, so I read the Yahoo Answers code of conduct. I didn't realy see anything on this topic. Are we protested (free from any legal ramifications) when ansewering health topics. I have a great interest in the health feild so I love to answer the questions. I know there are many answers to questions (not just health topics) where people say things like .... jump off a cliff, or I have taken that drug...you can it will be fine....but, one of my only worries is that I may give wrong info. I am ususaly 99% sure of the answers I give and use websites to back that up, but I still worry.

Should the United States combine all the police agencies into one national police organization? If you did consolidate the police, would you have to do the same to the criminal justice system?
