In 2005, Bush met with the President of Mexico and the Prime Minister of Canada at a Waco, Texas conference to put in motion the North American Union. Similar to the European Union, the Asian Union, the African Union and three other multi-national 'unions' being formed, this is the first step in a 60-year plan to create a one-world government. What's frightening about this is that Bush is doing this without the authorization of Congress and without the knowledge of the American people!!
Franklin D. Roosevelt once said: "The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to the point where it becomes stronger than the democratic State itself. That, in its essence, is Fascism - ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any controlling private power."
You're absolutely correct: we should be afraid....be very afraid. Totalitarian government is on its way, worldwide! -RKO- 08/27/07

It is far too late for the common individual to have much input in these matters -- and, the die is casted (literal and figurative) --
People sat back and trusted the "powers-that-be" while they ran headlong into the pursuits of pleasure and gathering together of things -- and allowed these entities the absolute unconstitutional leverage to push these agendas forward --- and now, there are actual rules of engagement set BY these individuals against their own countrymen ---- and the balance of power is definitely in THEIR hands !!
And, as your first and fourth responders have posted herein -- it is with the full compliance and acceptance OF a great number of people -- who still believe -- with no questions asked -- that the loss of this nation's soveriegnty is in all of our best interests !!!!!!! Absolutely Amazing !!!!!

It is frightening to think of these individuals, with their obvious disregard for America, are making alliances with forces beyond the control of our Government. Today it is considered "business as usual", I think it is criminal. We the people need to take the money (corruption) out of governmental service. Massive election, lobbying and ethics reforms are needed to return our government into hands with our interest at heart.

I don’t think so… The civilian population needs to do something fast. Tools (malleable individuals) are already in place in charge of the military, CIA, law enforcement etc… I think we are screwed…
