Yes it is about time however he should be locked out of his office today and should not be allowed to wait till Sep 17, let's make it effective today lock him out of his office so he can not destroy documents that could be used against him in his trial.

However, it is too little too late.

Gonzales needed to go months ago. So many Bush officials have had scandles. I think it says how poor of a leader Bush truely is.
