Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, Rove, Gonzalez and others as ? It appears they bailed when things got a little tough (feeling the heat), could this be classified as "cut and run"?

I am a Republican, as most of yall probably have grasped. I have received 7 violations for my opinions in the last 5 days from Liberals reporting me, without having violated Yahoo! TOS. I know most Liberals don't like freedom of speech, unless it is their own, but isn't it reasonable to think that Liberals would like to shut the Conservatives up as much as they can, before we can change the minds of folks who are undecided at this stage?

Before I met my wife she was involved with a guy. Their relationship ended badly over a year ago. He tried to weasel money out of her after they broke up & he got nothing. Now, fast forward to this year. I had heard everything about the guy but had hoped he was something in the past. His mail was still coming to our house (he was using our address without us knowing about it for credit purposes) but once process servers and a sheriff came here looking for him, I began to point them to his place of employment & would forward his mail by putting a sticker on it with his address. I think he was unaware that I was the one doing it and assumed my wife was still single. Last Thursday someone destroyed our pond in the front of our house. I know he did it because my wife said that he had built the point and wanted compensation for it. Without any proof, when I go to court, do I attack his character? Everything I have is circumstantial.

Okay, my husband has a son from a previous relationship. He just starting paying support about 2 1/2 months ago because she wouln't let him see his son. So HE went to the child support office & petitioned for visitation. She's told people that he's a deadbeat & that he hasn't tried to help her but we have proof that he has (i.e. phone records, emails). We also have proof where she's made agreements to meet so he can see his son but then no call, no show. We've only got to see him a select few times that she actually showed up & he's the sweetest, cutest little boy. But about 1 month ago, she got a new car (not brand new but newer than the one she had). As far as he knows, there was nothing wrong with the other one. She has a brand new wardrobe now too. She lives with her mom who doesn't have her pay any rent, help with bills, & her mom or brother babysits for her. So she really has no expenses other than her car. Can a judge make her show proof where the money is going??

Two deputy sheriffs suspect that a man named Earnest is making moonshine on some property he owns in the county. Earnest owns about ten acres in a remote area in the county. No one lives on the property. The deputies can not get probable cause to get a search warrant for the property. They have heard Earnest is involved in illegal moonshine and they know for a fact he is not making it in his small apartment in town.
One night the two deputies get bored and drive out to Earnest's land. The land is surrounded by a fence with "No Trespassing" signs on the fence. The two deputies scale the fence and begin to look around. They find a large shed in the middle of the land. The shed is locked. The deputies have to use a flashlight to look in to the shed's boarded up windows. When they do they see a still and what looks like a marijuana grow operation. Can the deputies use this information for a search warrant or is this a 4th Amendment violation? Why?

so i was driving down this main road and was looking for a place to grab dinner with my gf
we turned right at this one street to see if the restaurant was open and it wasnt so we turned right again and saw coulple cops and got alittle nervous and turned right again to go back to the main street and as soon as i turned i found my self being honked at by a car and realized that i was going the wrong way at an one way street. so i quickly turned into the closest ally way which was like 2 seconds from where i had turned and got back on the right road.

about 5-10 mins later a cop pulled me over and asked me if i knew i went the wrong way on a one way i admitted i made a mistake and didnt see a one way sign. as it was an ally way with no visible sign that said one way. he gave me a ticket for failure to obey the L way designation and my fine was $336!

what should/can i do to lower this fine? this was my first ticket and i think $336 is too much

I'm not debating welfare here - that's not the point of this question. I am talking about what we as a society do to help our fellow citizens - fewer unemployed and homeless makes for a better economy and society.

Do you think we have a responsibility, implied or other wise to our fellow citizens or is it every man for himself, and too bad for those that fall?

look at all the anti-American groups and organizations all around the world, which side of the political isle do they stand on? the left. remember the New Left of the 60's and 70's, who were not able to say one good thing about America, yet they continued to live here, along with the many immigrants that came? the soviets who accused America of being imperialist, yet in Soviet times you couldn't buy anything in eastern Europe that wasn't Russian-made.
who would Hugo Chavez vote for? that dictator who is dedicated to crushing opposition in a very Soviet style, just like American media.

and then they make some excuse saying that criticism doesn't mean they hate America. criticism in itself doesn't mean that, but couple that with the fact that leftists cant say one good thing about America, ever. conservatives say both good and bad. pat buchanan for example.
is it that hard for liberals to just move to venezuela or some more comfortable place? it would embarrass America, as you want.

A year ago a retired newly widowed man moved to my North Central Florida neighborhood. He would drive to my house inquiring if I would sell my property to him and I made it clear that I had lived there for 10 years and had no intentions on moving.

He would then come over to ask me out, give me info and I soon began parking behind my house, not answering the door and he would still pull into my driveway and sometimes walk on my property.

My neighbor lady at the time said he does that sometimes when I am not at home also.

Legally, what are my options to prevent him from coming to my home and property? I cannot afford a privacy gate and do not want one anyhow.

I have had numerous questions deleted in regards to illegal immigration. I asked a question about Elive Arellano and if anyone thought she was wrongfully deported - that was removed.

I also asked a question about the most common excuse a pro-illegal immigration support uses to justify their illegal presence in the US - that was also deleted.

I'm starting to think that many people's accounts are being suspended and de-activated because a lot of people use the report button if their feelings were hurt or our beliefs differed.. And I am not so sure that Yahoo! moderators are actually reading the question to see if anything was violated in the TOS.

I have actually read the TOS and it doesn't say that your account can get deleted for having different beliefs or opinions.

What do you guys think?

They know who they are and you can imagine what sad, shallow lives these people live. Most still have Elementary School attitudes and want to play in the world of grown ups.

about his actions?

I found it very interesting. He says he takes full responsibility for
his actions and blames nobody else for what he did. He apologizes to
the NFL commissioner, falcons organization including owner, gm,
coaches, and team mates. He also apologized to all the children that
looked up to him, that he has let down. He aknowleges that dog
fighting is very bad and now says he has rejected it.

He also says he has found Jesus and turned his life over to God.

He seems truly sorry for all this mess. Question is, is he sorry that
he did what he did, or is he sorry that he got caught?

We have a 2 yr. old mini-schnauzer who is the nicest dog you've ever met. A couple weeks ago we went outside in the morning and he had a purple streak all down his back!
We originally thought it was spray paint .. but someone said it could have been mace?
A day before we found the purple line on him, an appraiser had been at our house to give us an estimate on the value. Is it possible he maced the dog???
Has anyone ever heard of mace leaving behind a purple streak????

Did the LA Sheriff Dept have the legal right to let Nicole Ritchie out of jail after 82 minutes of jail time? I know when they let Paris Hilton out of jail the judge made her go back and do her time. How can the Sheriff let them out of jail legally? Doesn't only a judge have the right to make that decision?

I was a victim of a check scam in the amount of $5,000. When I received the check, I called the bank it was issued from. I was informed the check was good. I deposit it in my bank and send the money these "scammers" wanted. My bank didn't put a hold on any of the money. A week after the check was returned. I called the original bank it was issued on. They told me the account was closed. I filed numerous reports with different agencies. It do any good to do that, but that's what you're supposed to do right. The next day I called the original bank back with more questions. They inform me that the account is back open. WTF???? How can someone be allowed to close an account for 1 day, so a check doesn't clear, then be reopened?? Aren't there laws about that?? I am currently working on a payment arrangement with my bank, but I think that should be liable in someway for not putting a hold on the check. As for the other bank, I think they are fully liable, am I right or wrong here??
