I read in http://www.africanexecutive.com about the proposal to have a United States of Africa to replace the current African Union among others. I had one concern though, given that all other forms of organisations have failed to meet their mandate, what are the prospects of having a workable United States of Africa?
There was also a follow up post on http://businessinfocus.blogspot.com sugesting that the US of Africa was already here through international trade and what was left was just to officially recognize it?
CAn such really work?
Thanks.

A ill-tempered, violent, foul mouthed, hateful and abusive woman wants to be your president and have total control as commander-in-chief of a military that her party so openly and proudly admit they detest....in place of guns, body armour and combat boots will be ....A tie-dyed tee shirt, A hacky sack, and filp flops...A liberals dream

some of Clinton's pardons?

Here are a few:

On August 11, 1999, Clinton commuted the sentences of 16 members of FALN, a violent Puerto Rican nationalist group that set off 120 bombs in the United States mostly in New York City and Chicago, convicted for conspiracies to commit robbery, bomb-making, and sedition, as well as for firearms and explosives violations.

I'm sure these were good guys though....

How about this guy?

Melvin J. Reynolds, a Democratic Congressman from Illinois, who was convicted of bank fraud, 12 counts of sexual assault, obstruction of justice, and solicitation of child pornography

Nice huh?

Clinton issued 140 pardons as well as several commutations on his last day of office (January 20, 2001)

Here's Richard Viguere, a very important figure in Republican fundraising's expose of Fraudulent Fred Thompson;

Fred Thompson tries to pass himself off as a conservative, but he's just Rudy McRomney lite.

I m not trying to offend him & his supporters but just a curious question
who is he trying to compete with
John Mccain ( who is pretty much bald as antartica's ice cap)
or Dennis Kucinich ( The ugliest man in all of the candidates)
or all the other chubby, bald candidates

One of my employees drawers came up short today. I think she fell for what is called a change-raising scam. Was it illegal for this guy to do this, or not since she technically gave him too much?

He came in and purchased a cheap item, and paid with a $10 bill. After getting change, he said he had too many singles, and said he wanted to give 10 $1 bills for a $10 bill. My cashier gave him the $10 bill, but realized the guy gave her 9 $1 bills and 1 $10 bill. Being nice, she pointed this out to him. He responded that he would give her another $1 bill and just take back a $20 bill.

Confusing? Yes. In the end he wound up getting too much change, since $10 of the $19 he gave her near the end was supposed to be in the cash drawer already -- and got "double change" for it.

So, my question is ... He confused her into giving him too much change. Did he break the law? He wound up about $9 in this scam, but it's not like he robbed her or grabbed the cash from the drawer himself.

There is no way to stop the illegals from getting here. If you build a wall they will get through it. Walls just don't work in modern times. Look at the Berlin Wall for example.

Thousands got through it and it was only a fraction of fraction of how big the wall that would have to be built on the border would be and it was manned by an armed guard every 100 yards or so.

We cannot put an armed guard every 100 yards on a wall the size of the border and these guards definitely won't shoot to kill like the soviets did.

Also don't you get that these people are hard workers? Without them our economy would plummet. They truly are doing the jobs that most of us wouldn't. They provide our country with a solid labor force which gives us a great edge over other countries. Most countries (such as those in the EU) lack a large labor force and are suffering for it, but the illegals are solving that problem and helping our economy.

The only thing that we can do is assimilate them.

I'm asking this because some of my Jewish friends say the holocaust was the most evil thing ever. They believe in something called the doctrine of "singular evil". That just means that that the holocaust was a unique kind of evil. Unlike all the other killing the Jews suffered a singular evil that justifies them stealing a country from the Palestinians. Do you agree?

I know this may sound like a dumb question, but there are so many descriptions of "commercial" and "personal" use for graphics, fonts, etc that it's pretty confusing.

Say I want to use a certain font to make into a graphic and color it and everything...add text. I want to put it onto my website (a free one, no one has to pay membership fees) for other people to use for their MySpace profiles, emails, etc.

Would that be considered commercial use?

Or is commercial use when you make money off of it?

Thanks!

in past years many people with weak political views have complained about president bush. those people dont watch the news or keep up with the current events but they say "down with bush" or "i hate him". so one day i asked a little 10 year old boy why he hates bush he said because my dad hates him...so i go over to his dad and ask "why do you hate president bush and he said "because he is a bad president' at that point i was in tears laughing of how people never think for themselfs. so in my opinion people should keep their mouths shut and stop following the crowd of people who hate him...MY opinion on president bush: Bush and his cabal of henchmen lied to the American people about Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq, and they continue to obfuscate the truth while their companies cash in, Iraqis suffer and American soldiers die. that makes him weak to his country... what are your opinions on him?

And it only took him only 5 years to do it.

Does that make Bush more evil or is Saddam more evil?

Look at
http://www.homestead.com/prosites-prs/index.html
and scroll down on the right side and see several men hung by their necks, suspended by cranes, for being "immoral" (gay) in Iran. If you still feel Bush is worse than Islamofascism, then, there's no hope for you...you're way to stupid to be any success at life.

This is the society you will bring upon yourself by ignoring the danger we all face from these insane muslim lunatics.
